Inspired by the Manchester scene and the legendary Haçienda club, VOX & JACKS bring a kick-ass mix of catchy club music with a "madwerp" flavour. It is new. It is WAREHOUSE music. Check it out!

Although VOX & JACKS might be seen as the "outsiders" on PUSH IT RECORDS (especially known for its high quality minimal house releases), they definitely bring added value to the label (owned by DJ-producer PRINZ). Vox & Jacks' music is without any doubt inspired by old school acid-house and might remind you of the Manchester scene of the late 80s and early 90s (for those who know their musical history: it was the legendary Haçienda Club in Manchester that defined the musical landscape at that time). What makes Vox & Jacks musically very interesting is that they combine old school elements with a very recognizable personal style. Carefully produced tracks with catchy piano loops, melodic bass lines and cool samples... Vox and Jacks' warehouse music fills the dancefloor, that's for sure!

"COLOMBIAN COCAÏNE EP" is Vox & Jacks kick-off EP on PUSH IT RECORDS. It comes with a mind blowing BONUS track "COCO BRICE" - named after the character of the book "The Acid House" by Irvine Welsh (who gave his personal blessings to Vox & Jacks to use the name for their track).

Someone we not directly might associate with The Haçienda is our one and only SVEN VAN HEES. When you say Sven Van Hees, you instantly think about his successful lounge carrier (The Sun Goes Down is undoubtedly one of the most famous lounge tracks in history) … although you might have been forgotten that his actual roots came from acid-house. Van Hees’ influences include Gabor Szabo, Lonnie Liston Smith, Azymuth, Herbie Hancock, Mulate Astatke, Kleeer, Willie hutch… If you ‘d like to hear a portion of lounge on “A Night at The Haçienda”, you will go home empty handed. Say no more ;-)

If you ask KEATCH what good dance music sounds like, he will undoubtfully answer "everything, as long as it's dirty, nasty and pounding hard." As a synth wizzard and producing maniac, he is not only spinning records but also producing tracks for himself and many other artists in a vast variety of styles. His first track (ft. Geht's Noch?) clearly shows his Techno influence and is a true dancefloor killer. It was instantly picked up by the Parisian label Level75 (homebase of Djedjotronic and Popof). This resulted in playing in France, Germany, Austria, Holland, Portugal and also Australia came knocking at his door. Keatch's productions are already being supported by Brodinski, Felix Cartal, Tocadisco, Djedjotronic, Guns 'n' Bombs, Mustard Pimp, Stereo Heroes, Les Petits Pilous and even the Boys Noize himself.
