Biography
DJ Prinz & Maks started to produce together in the beginning of 2008. Although both from the city of Antwerp, their first EP 'Back & Forth' was recorded in Aalst and featured DJ/producer Pete Lewizz. This album was released later that year on Punk'id Records.
After that, Prinz & Maks continued together and worked on several tracks and remixes. They also did a couple of special projects like an electronic interpretation of Stravinsky's Le Sacre du Printemps for the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra.
Around the beginning of 2009, when it was time to look for labels to release their music, they got the crazy idea to start their own label. They just went for it, and Push It Records was born, as a follow-up of Prinz's allready succesful Push It Club-concept in Antwerps most legendary house of House, Café d'Anvers. This is also where the release-party of the first album took place, in September 2009.
